Refund & Return Policy

At Britain’s Beauty, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as “final sale.”
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Opened or used skincare and haircare products due to hygiene concerns.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email our customer support at info@britainsbeauty.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Upon approval, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  • Pack the items securely, including the RMA number inside the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at infot@britainsbeauty.pk for an exchange.
  • We will replace the item if it is in stock. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary.
